No account to create and no password to forget. Put in your work email; if the domain is on the list, a link arrives in your inbox and you stay signed in on that device.
Why an email and not a password
Receiving the mail proves you control that mailbox, so nobody can simply claim to work somewhere. It is the same pattern as signing in to Slack or Notion with a work address.
And when someone leaves
Their work email stops working, so their access does too. There is nothing to administer and no list anybody has to remember to prune.
Why it is gated at all
Because the gate is what lets the content be the real method rather than a sanitised public version. The videos are unlisted for the same reason.
